US phone carriers won't deliver texts from a business number until the business is registered. The forms are confusing, the rejections are vague, and most get rejected over a missing page or one wrong word. Send it to us. We register your business, write the pages carriers check, and get it through.
It's called A2P 10DLC: registering your business and how you text, so carriers deliver your messages instead of blocking them.
Your legal name and EIN must match IRS records exactly. One letter off is a common rejection.
In your texting platform, in your business name, not ours.
What you'll text, who gets it and why, in the plain words reviewers look for.
With your business name and "Reply STOP to opt out" in them, the way carriers expect.
The checkbox or form wording on your website that shows customers agreed to get texts.
Based on the wording carriers and the industry publish, added to your website.
We watch the review and answer anything the carriers send back.
With what got approved and what you can and can't text, in plain English.
Texting old customers is the next step. See win-back texts to past customers.
Brand and campaign registered, sample messages written, opt-in and SMS privacy and terms pages made.
Already submitted and rejected? We find out why, fix it and resubmit. If it's still rejected, you don't pay.
Registration fees are paid by you directly to your texting platform. We add nothing.
Your texting platform, your business details, and any rejection message.
We reply within one business day. You pay once, after you say yes.
Forms, samples, opt-in and pages, usually done in a day or two.
Often a few business days, sometimes a couple of weeks. We keep checking.
It's the registration US phone carriers require before a business can text customers from a regular 10-digit business number. You register your business (the brand) and what you'll be texting (the campaign). Without it, your texts get blocked or filtered.
Usually. Most rejections come down to a few things: business details that don't match IRS records, an opt-in reviewers can't see, a privacy policy missing the SMS section, or sample messages missing your name or opt-out. We find which one it is, fix it and resubmit. If it's still rejected after our fix, you don't pay the $99.
Yes. We add an SMS section to your privacy policy and a texting terms page, using the published templates and guidelines carriers and the industry provide, and put the opt-in wording on your website. It's not legal advice; if your business has special rules, have a lawyer look it over.
Most of the common ones small businesses use, including platforms like Twilio and the texting built into many business apps. Tell us what you use in the form and we'll confirm before you pay.
Your texting platform charges small registration fees: usually a one-time brand fee, a one-time campaign review fee and a monthly campaign fee. They're billed by the platform straight to you. We tell you the exact amounts before we submit.
Our part takes a day or two. The carriers' review often takes a few business days and sometimes a couple of weeks. They make the final call, so we can't promise a date, but you'll always know where it stands.
Your legal business name, EIN and address as the IRS has them, your website, and access to your texting platform and website, either as a user or with the logins the job needs, which you can change when we're done. We never ask for bank logins.
Carriers check that a real business is behind the texts, and a website makes approval much easier. If you don't have one, we'll tell you your options, including a website from us.
Write Texting in the box, plus your business name, the texting platform you use, and where it stands (not started, or rejected, with the reason if you have it). We'll reply within one business day with what's wrong and the fixed price.
