Handled ("we", "us") is a done-for-you computer work service operated by HQZ LLC. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• What you tell us: your name, email, phone (if you give it), business name and what you need handled, through our quote form, booking calendar, email or Instagram messages.
• Files you send us for a job.
• Booking details: the time you book and the video-call link for it.
• Basic site data: our host may log standard technical details (like IP address and browser) to keep the site working. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to you, quote your job, run your ride-along and do the work you ask for.
• To send you messages about your request or your account. You can ask us to stop at any time.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your information.
• We never share your files or details with anyone else without your written OK, except the service providers we use to run Handled (see below) or if the law requires it.
• We never ask for your bank logins. During a ride-along you share your screen and stay in control; we don't log in to anything.

Service providers we use

Our quote form, booking calendar and messages run on a customer-relationship platform (LeadConnector/HighLevel). Email and video calls run on Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet). The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we're talking or working together, and for a reasonable time after for records. Job files are deleted or returned when you ask.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@handleditforyou.com. We'll handle it within a reasonable time.
