Terms of service

These terms cover any work you hand to Handled, a service of HQZ LLC. By booking a ride-along, asking for a quote or hiring us, you agree to them. They're written to match how we actually work.
Quotes and prices
- We quote a fixed price before we start. No hourly billing.
- If you change what you want after the quote, we'll tell you the new price before doing the extra work.
- The free ride-along and the hand-off list it produces are free, with no obligation.
Monthly plans
- Monthly plans are month to month. No long contracts. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
- Website plans are $0 down: we build first, and you only start paying once you've seen it and said yes.
- Referral credit: when a business you refer signs up for a monthly plan, your next month is free.
Revisions
We revise until the work matches what was agreed. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it.
You own it
When you've paid for it, the work is yours: your website content, your documents, your accounts. If you leave, we hand your content back.
What we don't do
- We don't give legal, tax or financial advice, and we don't do work that requires a licence we don't hold.
- We can't guarantee outcomes we don't control, like Google reinstating a suspended listing, search rankings, or the number of calls you'll get. We'll always tell you honestly what to expect.
- We never ask for or hold your bank logins.
Your part
Give us accurate information and the access we agree on (for example, adding us as a manager on your Google Business Profile), and only send us material you have the right to use.
Liability
We do careful work, but to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any job is limited to what you paid us for that job. Neither side is liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
