Every iPhone opens addresses in Apple Maps, and Siri reads your hours from it. Most local businesses have never claimed their Apple listing, and plenty who tried are stuck on “pending.” Send it to us. We claim it, fill it out, and push the verification through.
Apple keeps its own business listings, separate from Google. Fixing one doesn't fix the other.
Whether Apple already has you on Maps, has you twice, or doesn't have you at all.
In an Apple Business Connect account that belongs to you, not us.
We pick the right verification path and tell you when Apple may call the business number.
Hours, phone, website, categories, service area and your best photos and logo.
Same name, number, address and hours everywhere, so customers and search engines trust it.
Call, website and booking links, so iPhone users can act right from the map.
Search, Maps and Siri, the way your customers will see it.
With screenshots, and how to make changes yourself, or just ask us.
Claim, verify and fully fill out your Apple Maps place card, matched to your Google listing.
Already started and stuck on pending? We find out why and move it forward. If we can't, you don't pay.
Apple plus Google, Bing, Facebook, Yelp, Nextdoor and more, all matching.
Every iPhone opens addresses in Apple Maps, and Siri pulls business details from it. If your place card is missing, wrong or unclaimed, iPhone users see whatever Apple guessed: old hours, an old number, or a competitor nearby.
No. Apple keeps its own business listings in Apple Business Connect. Fixing Google doesn't fix Apple. Most local businesses have never claimed theirs.
Usually. "Pending" can mean a few different things: Apple is checking your business itself, it's trying to confirm you control a place that's already on Maps, or someone else already manages that place. We find out which one it is, fix what's blocking it (often the phone number Apple has on file, or a missed verification call), and take the next step with Apple. Apple makes the final call, so we can't promise a date, but you'll know exactly where it stands.
Our part takes a day or two. Apple's review usually takes a few business days, and sometimes one to two weeks. We keep checking and tell you when it's through.
Your business details, a few good photos, and access: either you add us as a user in your Apple Business Connect account, or you give us the login the job needs, which you can change when we're done. Sometimes Apple calls the business number to verify, so we'll tell you when to expect the call. We never ask for bank logins.
If we can't find anything to fix and move it forward, you don't pay the $49.
Write Apple in the box, plus your business name and what you see now (no listing, wrong details, or stuck on "pending"). We'll reply within one business day with what's wrong and the fixed price.
We reply within one business day. Your details are never shared.
