iPhones open addresses in Apple Maps. Windows and Bing search use Bing Places. Your neighbors ask Nextdoor who to call. Each one keeps its own listing, separate from Google. Send it to us. We claim all three, verify them, fill them out and match them to your Google listing.
Fixing your Google listing doesn't fix Apple, Bing or Nextdoor. Each one has to be claimed on its own.

We pick the right path for each one and tell you when to expect a call, text, email or postcard.

They're where a lot of customers look first. iPhones open addresses in Apple Maps, Windows computers and Bing search use Bing Places, and neighbors ask Nextdoor for recommendations. Each one keeps its own listing, separate from Google, and most local businesses have never claimed them.
Through Apple Business Connect, Apple's free tool for business owners. We claim or create your place card there, verify it and fill it out. If that's all you need, it's $99 on its own.
Usually. Bing offers a few ways to verify, and some businesses can import from their Google listing. If the postcard never came or the code expired, we try a different path where Bing offers one. Microsoft makes the final call, so we can't promise a date.
That usually means an old employee, a past owner or a marketing company claimed it. We go through Nextdoor's process to get the page back to you. Nextdoor decides, so we can't promise how fast, but we keep pushing and keep you posted.

Some maps verify by calling or texting the business number, so we'll tell you when to expect it. We never ask for bank logins.
Our part takes a day or two. Each map's review usually takes a few days, and sometimes a couple of weeks. We keep checking and tell you when each one is through.
